This 4 week Summer Fit Challenge is going to motivate you to get into a healthy fitness routine just in time for summer...AND give you the chance to win a CASH JACK-ED POT!
(The last one was $350!!!)
Rules:
Complete 5 (30 minute) workouts per week and be entered into a drawing for the chance to win the ENTIRE CASH JACK-ED POT!!
Workouts need to be completed on 5 different days of the week

Here's How It Works
Starting Monday, June 5th you will need to check in for 5 (30 minute) workouts each week, for 4 weeks total. Each workout must be on a different day of the week so you're unable to "double up" workout days. You essentially have 7 days to complete 5 workouts each week. Week 4 ends on Sunday, July 2nd.
↓ Here are your options in completing 5 workouts per week ↓
- Option 1: Sign up for my 4 Week SUMMER FIT GYM Program hosted on my FIT&FAB App (Complete with 5 workouts per week of Strength, Cardio, and Mobility suitable for ALL levels of fitness) $100 ($75 for Program & $25 for Pot Fee)
- Option 2: Sign up for my 4 Week SUMMER FIT HOME Program hosted on my FIT&FAB App (Complete with 5 workouts per week of Strength, Cardio, and Mobility suitable for ALL levels of fitness) $100 ($75 for Program & $25 for Pot Fee)
- Option 3: Apply & Sign up for my One-on-One Online Coaching Services and pay into the "Pot Fee" of $25 (Prices Vary + additional $25 for Pot Fee)
- Option 4: Current Online One-on-One Clients simply pay into "Pot Fee" $25 Pot Fee
- Option 5: If you already have a fitness routine you will be uploaded to my FIT&FAB app to upload and "check in" for completed workouts so I can SEE your workouts $50 ($25 for App Seat & $25 for Pot Fee)
Remember, the more LADIES to sign up the BIGGER the cash Jack-ed Pot gets!! So, TELL YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COWORKERS to help get this pot growing... but also help them jumpstart their summer beach bodies with a fun group of new besties!!

Each participant will put forth their $25 "Pot Fee" from the options listed above. So that means...THE MORE PARTICIPANTS THE MORE MONEY TO WIN!
YOU MUST complete all 5 workouts per week on different days or else you forfeit your chance to win the Jack-ed Pot Cash Prize (but that doesn't mean you should cease your workout routine!)
On Monday, July 2nd, I will place all names of those who completed their 5 workouts per week into a hat and draw a name at random!

5 participants = $125
10 participants= $250

5 Weekly Workouts (You choose gym OR home workouts)
NOTE: THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE 4 WEEK NEW YEAR'S FIT PROGRAM AND ONE-ON-ONE CLIENTS
All workouts are approximately 30-45 minutes long and are suitable for all levels of fitness! All you need a gym membership for the gym workouts OR a set of dumbbells for the home workouts and you're set!
Mon&Wed- Gym Strength Workouts or Home Strength Circuits
Tues&Thurs-Cardio
Fri-Yoga/Mobility
Sat/Sun (Extra Credit for your health) : Brisk Walk (will count as a workout if needed)
